都可以。如果你要申eb1b的话，公司要有三个以上的研究人员。

yea.. they can..but they need to provide more documents than other company
to demonstrate they have sufficient money to pay you money. And also, they
need to provide anything to prove they are true company rather than ICC or
some other stuff.
