Many chinese are PPD positive because they had TB vaccine in china. It doesn't
necessary mean that they have had TB before. Americans get PPD test annually.
But for those who are PPD positive but with a negative X-ray result, they
don't need the test anymore and will be monitored. They will need annual
X-ray.
