MCH是看红细胞里面的血球蛋白含量的。MCH升高表明有可能缺乏维生素B12或叶酸(folate
)，
去买复合维生素给他每天一粒。
LDL是所谓的“坏的”lipid，越低越好(不象HDL，高点好)，控制你老公的油脂摄入，不
要大鱼大肉，注意锻炼。
TSH的确很高，可能是甲状腺低功，(他是否怕冷，虚胖，不喜欢动？)估计医生会给他开
甲状腺素的，如果他T3，T4也很低的话。

TSH is too high, but I remember ur LD is taking Synthroid now, this number
will decrease significantly next time, it is related to your thyroid
gland, T3/T4/FT3/FT4 level.
for the Cholesterol level, usually the lower LDL the better, maybe
your LD is a little bit fat, and doesn't like doing exercises?
You'd better ask him to work out every day or every two days, and
eat less fatty/fried/sweet food.

Hi Wildone:
I also heard that hypothyroid would cause high cholestral. Don't worry about
it. Once the TSH is in normal range, his cholestral will be normal too. But if
I were him, I would definitely restrict ice cream. That's the worst food ever
in the world. Hypo has made people fat, I can't imagine he would eat icecream
under this health condition.
