我觉得b超应该是常规体检中所包括的，何况我以前还作b超说有肾结石。结果在年度体
检时跟家庭医生要求做一个肝胆肾的b超，医生说没必要，我也没办法和他争。难道美
国人都不用作b超了？请问各位什么情况下医生才会同意做b超？
另外我担心我的胆囊问题，也是我想做b超的主要原因。我一直都有腹胀，慢性腹泻的
问题，胆固醇也比较高，每天屁也多。怀疑是不是胆囊毛病。跟医生说了，他也不以为
意，也没提出任何建议。请各位看看应该怎么办？

don't think ultrasound is included in routine physical, your doctor will not
order it unless you have associated symptoms, mainly because your insurance
company would not reimburse your doctor if he/she ordered blood works or
any other tests that the insurance company deemed unnecessary,
merely trying to explain that it is not solely due to your physician's
unwillingness to order the tests you requested, unless he/she can document
in your record and prove to the insurance ocmpany that the tests

ultrasound is not normally done in physical and although you
could demand one, your insurance likely won't cover as it's
not a necessary item.
