My daughter had urgent care out of state and I got a bill for out-patient
visit. My insurrance (Blue Shield and Blude Cross PPO) should cover this
urgent care other than the $15 copay. But the bill said I need to pay an
deductable more than the copay.
Called BSBC whoe said the clinic sent a outpatient claim not the urgent care
one. And I should call the clinic to ask them to resent the bill.
I did call the clinic and they said:
1)they use an TaxID for urgent care but some insurrance companies tr
