爸爸现在国内。痛风多年，近年来频繁复发，（基本近一年左右每天都在剧痛中，无法
行走，无法做任何事），且无药可治，同时爸爸肠胃不好，对一些药还过敏。
我知道痛风在中国人中不常见，但是在欧美算是常见病吧。恳请了解这个病的人指教
一二，无论是国内还是国内，中药还是西药，只要有希望，我希望爸爸能试一试。

Gout is usually due to accumulation of uric acid in the toe and cause
inflammatory event. for chronic gout, you can try steroid, like
methylprednisolone dose pack. it is used only short term and depress the
inflammation which is causing the pain. Also for long term, allopurinol is
used to inhibit the formation of uric acid and probenecid is used to
increase excretion of uric acid. However, these drugs all needs prescription
. Hope this helps.

chochicine中国就有，属于first line treatment
还有allopurinol比chochicine副作用稍微少点，不过这个药国内好像没有？至少我爸
说没有。我是在香港给他买的药教他怎么吃。效果不错。
