我们是三个美国海归在中国苏州创立的Startup公司,苏州捷泰科信息技术有限公司，专

刚被告知父亲得了肺癌。肺癌是在3个多星期前每年例行的体检中查出的，之前父亲身
体并没有什么感觉，身体自己感觉不错。查出后，随即去浙江肿瘤医院作了切除手术。
术后刚开始几天恢复的很顺利，但后来出现血栓跑到肺部导致呼吸衰竭，进监护室5天
，导致身体大亏，现在身体恢复比较慢，身体条件不适合作化疗。可是如果再推迟的话
，马上就过年了，医院里的医生大年12月25就放假，要到年初六才上班，真怕就被耽误
过去了，现在都已经淋巴转移了。
在这里想请问各位大侠，肺癌的治疗有什么特效药以及需要注意的地方？我听说一种叫
Iressa（艾瑞沙）的药比较有疗效，请问在美国哪些地方可以买到？Google显示有些网
站有卖，但实在不知是真是假。
父亲现在压力很大，这很不利于治疗。所以就算没有特效药，我也准备寄些保健品回去
，冒充特效药哄哄他，可是以前给他买过鱼油，卵磷脂，善存片，钙片等保健品，这些
东西寄回去肯定会给他认出来。请问有什么其他的保健品推荐？谢谢

CAF.” The Fund is a closed-end management investment company seeking
capital growth.
closed－end是指封闭式基金么？现在已经不能买了？
俺还打算用roth ira买点呢。。。

Closed-end fund means they are not issuing new shares (or accepting new
investment), they must grow organically. However, right now the management
of CAF feels that they have more buying opportunities than the cash that
they have. So they provided this offering to raise more equity for
investment.
In any case, you can buy it in Roth IRA. Being a closed-end fund, you are
essentially buying from other investors (instead of from the fund) just like
when you trade any other stocks.

I have NO idea.
I'm an indexer. My trading is primarily based on asset allocation. I do
think everyone should have some exposure to the Chinese equity market as "
Chimerica" (a term coined by Niall Ferguson and Moritz Schularick) is going
to the power horse that drives the world economical growth, despite this
recession exposes all the drawbacks of Chimerica (i.e. Chinese saves too
much and American spends too much, resulting an asset bubble here in US).

赶快回家多陪陪父亲。
多准备一些吗啡针剂，杜冷丁针剂之类的麻醉药，后期病人会非常痛，用量很大，麻醉
证只能每天买很少，开始够用，后来远不够。切记多准备一些。既然不能治了，就让病
人痛苦少一些。
我自己的亲身体会。最后的几个星期我白天几乎都到外面去买吗啡。

I totally agree!!! This is why I want to invest on CAF...
错过了前段时间的最低点，然后一直看熊，相信还会再跌，让俺有机会弥补一下。不过
照这个趋势，俺越来越怀疑自己的决定了。。。不过还是决定再等等～～
希望自己能撑住。。。
俺这样算是投机主意者么？虽然俺也是个buy & hold。。。

杜冷丁国内已经淘汰不用了
