简单写一下步骤吧：
1.鸡胗洗净用老卤卤一个半小时（我有一碗老卤一直在用，卤猪耳的时候把鸡胗一并
卤了）
2.鸡胗、牛角青红辣椒切细丝。
3.烧热油，入花椒、葱、蒜爆锅，然后放辣椒翻炒几下，之后入鸡胗。
4.临出锅前，用鸡汤调生粉勾芡。撒熟芝麻出锅装盘。

reinstate your miles expired in 1 year. The option is under buy/transfer
mileage menu.
For each mile cost $0.0125, and $25 transaction fee. It is one time thing,
if you don't reinstate all your expired miles, the remaining miles would be
forfeited, you will lose them.
It is cheaper than transfering miles from aother member, that will cost $0.
015 per mile, $35 transaction fee. And much cheaper than buying miles.
