准备2月份回国过春节,机票看好了,韩亚的,800+.想把美领馆的签证也一起预约了.不知
道为什么,等了一个月了,现在才到12月.昨天电话去居然说现在广州的领馆已经预约满
了.想问问看那个预约到2月份广州签证的没有?是没有开还是就准备2月都不给签证啊?

去了fiacard services，发觉redeem中mysmartcash已经自己链接上去了。
然后有个还cc钱的问题，是因该在fia 网站填入mysmartcash的账号信息还钱，还是去
fidelity网站 my smart cash里设置billpay ，填信用卡biller名字和账号还钱？
另外，如果是去mysmart cash设置账号， biller的名字是应该填fidelity
investments, 还是应该填 fia card services呢？

从周一开始咳嗽，周二开始发烧，每天由低到高，吃退烧的就下去，工作很忙没去看病
周四放假稀里糊涂休息了一天，也是下午烧，结果晚上咳嗽加剧了，没睡好
周五又稀里糊涂休息了一天，接着烧，晚上继续睡不好
周六上午呼吸有些障碍了，休息也休息不好，医生放假了，晕，于是去了急诊室，照了
两张X片，那个医生助手说，是肺炎，点滴了抗生素，也吃了抗生素
今天早晨收到医生助手的supervisor，就是正式的doctor的电话，说让我回去，做CAT
scan，说那张肺片上，有可能是肺炎的阴影，也有可能是个lung cavity，意味着是肺
结核，我告诉他我从小就注射了防结核的疫苗，以至于现在皮试还是阳性，去年血检的
结果也证明是非TB携带者，怎么可能是肺结核呢，他说不管怎样，你来检查一下，知道
是不是cavity总归好的，我帮你order了CAT
问题：
1.我吃了抗生素之后好了很多，今天都不烧了，夜里也几乎没咳嗽，只有醒来的时候咳
嗽得厉害些，这个回访有必要么？我是打算周二约我的regular doctor visit，问可不
可以去一次办两件事，但ER那个doctor非得强调说先把这个CAT做了才好，语气很紧张
，且讨厌【吐】~~我有抗体，得的会是肺结核么？如果是的话，岂不是要隔离了
2.我昨天没有见到这个doctor，只见到了他的助手，应该不是为了逃避责任，才让我再
去一次吧？现在都放假忙，不想再麻烦别人带我去，哎，再说，明明他们可以昨天认真
点看片片的嘛，搞不好这个第二次之后又给我发一张巨大的bill。。。
有经验的帮忙解答一下我的疑问，谢谢

Chance is: it's past TB infection w/ lesion and non-infectious now.
If you prefer your regular doctor, 1-2 days probably shouldn't matter too
much. Make sure you finish the antibiotic treatment unless told to stop.
It's normal for PA to see new patients when the MD is not available.

几点，
1.如果你已经没有症状了，基本就不用去了。抗炎治疗有效说明不是结核。
2.医生紧张是因为TB是传染病，他们需要上报的，而且是需要后续的治疗的。
3. BCG的疫苗对预防结合的作用非常有限，不过据说预防结核性脑膜炎的作用还不错。

谢谢, 我还在吃抗生素,CT的结果不是结核了.

还是去了,因为医生说, department of health要求知道结果, TB是public health
issue,辐射了一遭,赫赫
