国内一个亲戚被诊断为肺癌晚期，因为年纪大了，医生不建议手术和化疗，但认为可以
试一试靶向治疗。具体是哪一种肺癌和哪一种靶向治疗药物，我还不清楚，但想帮亲戚
问一下，这种情况下靶向治疗合不合适，因为据医生说会有一些副作用，不知道老年人
能不能接受得了，因为病人有九十岁了。

听说可以买印度出的仿制药，怎么买呀？哪个网站可靠？也是国内一个亲戚被诊断为肺
癌晚期。

首先靶向治疗不是适合所有的肺癌。要由医院确诊是不是适合。
其次即使适合药物也不一定管用。不同国家生产的药物类似但是
也有不同侧重，这个要仔细了解。
我所知道的基因突变型肺腺癌用易瑞沙可以。
一定要取病理化验确定。

倒是听说有个朋友去了某牛lab，每天平均工作12小时，被说太lazy的。当时我就坚决
不去那种鬼地方，到时候paper没出我先被逼疯了。
