NSC发回来的rejection letter,指明拒绝我们petition的原始如下
the nonimmigrant classification, (Basis for Classification or Requested
Action, you selected in Part 2 of form) is not within the jurisdiction of
the Nebraska Service Center. Please see https://www.uscis.gov/i-129-
addresses for the correct filing location for your form I-129
h1b holder是码农，h4 holder是已经拿到了码农工作offer的学生，现持有EAD卡的到
期日是2017年7月30日，目前商议好的start date是2017年6月12日
2017年3月24日律师说已经file for h1b/h4/ead renew with premium processing，寄
到nebraska service center
2017年4月5日Nebraska Service Center出具了rejection letter，说送错了地址，原
因如上述
2017年4月13日律师通知我们说4月12日resubmit petition包括所有之前文件（包括
premium processing相关的文件), NSC的rejection letter, 并且附上cover letter声
明文件之前送到了正确的地址，请求premium processing unit接收并附上了以下链接
的内容

律师声称是USCIS错误的reject了这个case，因为我们把文件发送到了正确的地址。现
在最tricky的地方是USCIS在2017年4月3日以后停止接受premium processing，所以即
使是USCIS的错误，很大可能还是不会被作为premium processing来对待，而且现在还
没有收到任何receipt notice。想请教各路大神以下问题
1. 我们是否把petition发送到了正确地址，I-129的petition选择内容是extend the
stay of the beneficiary because the beneficiary now holds the status
2. H4 holder是否在6月12日开始工作的话太过于冒险，如果在7月30日EAD卡还没到手
，申请无薪停职保留职位，等到拿到了EAD卡再继续工作可行吗
3. 如果EAD卡在pending状态，H4 holder可以向公司出具receipt并且继续工作吗
4. 现在联系USCIS申请expedite request有没有用，因为这是USCIS side error.
5. 如果可以申请expedite的话，用被reject的那个case的receipt notice作为申诉材
料有用吗,因为现在还没有收到resubmit以后的receipt notice

我也一直不懂，刚Wiki了一下：Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Barneys New
York, Bergdorf Goodman, Belk, Kohl's, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, Lord &
Taylor, Macy's, Dillard's, JC Penney, and Sears are considered department
stores, while retail brands such as Target, Kmart, and Wal-Mart are discount
department stores

大家知道那个clothing and electronics stores 具体指什么吗？我看定义觉得不是很
明白。

那banana这中应该算的吧。 nike或者adidas这算不算啊？

去年这个时候在HD买的,大小跟你的差不多，枝叶没有你的茂盛。这个盆的口径大概18
英寸。去年冬天在室内放了几个月，开了很多花，长了不少细长而软的徒长枝，春天剪
掉了。放到室外后，叶子有点发黄，老妈说是缺肥，施了两次鸡粪水，在明显返绿。

in department store..."

我也是啊，进去了以后只有7-9月的，点了accept以后，也没见到第四季度的offer出来

记得有人说过
无论walmart归类为哪一种store，都不会拿到高cashback的。
所以walmart当1%拿就行了

Oct
Call the number works, you do not need to talk to anybody, it's automatic
call system.
For registering online, I encountered the same problem as many did, even on
the main page it says registering for Oct-Dec, it came out to be the one for
July-Sept.
