医生要求多吃fiber。我近期每天吃好多fiber one和其他fiber含量较多的cereal，加
上baby carrots，和多份水果。
结果是大便变软。而且大便量明显增多。多到每天要两次。（以前都是一天一次。）
请问各位，这个是否正常？

你的同事会有 你的学校管基金的部门也有 就是给这个用的

只要不拉稀，不脱水，身体没什么不舒服就没事。
fiber多不好的地方是肠道排送快，影响吸收。

如果少吃点饭，就可以少排便了。还是每天一次比较好。
