这个地方填错了
19. 2012 estimated tax payments and amount applied from 2011 return 19
这一条没看仔细，把去年的退税填进去了。 ( 去年的税我已经收到了）
20. Add lines 18a through 20. These are your total payments
填的是 "去年的退税+今年的退税"
就是说2012年退税时候同时也要求把2011年退过的税再退一次，
同时并没有把2011的 1040nr-ez寄出去
现在怎么办呢？ 是赶紧填1040x么？

可是CP的排期不是和美国国内的一样么？有人贴数据说明从08年到10年中
印的CP加起来也没多少，如果排期只是到08年，那CP也用不了几个名额啊。

frame，拍的时候要“走近点，再近点”。所以，我在构图方面受他的影响特别大。结
果，我的图贴上来，很多人都说构图太紧，实际上我自己也觉得我的构图太紧。但是，
老毛病又很难改。请问，该怎么样正确地理解Bryan Peterson说的fill the frame？？

I think composition cannot be considered out of context, lots of
photographers produce great pictures with a tight composition, as long as

2007. His excuse was that he wanted to let the CP consume left visa numbers
. In that summer, more than 17k EB3 Indians got GC. Some of them got from CP.
But because it is a black box, so you never know what they will do. Mr.O can
find 1000 reasons for his choice, hehe.
