C corporation, S corporation, LLC
Should be many of them. just search.
No exp but based on reading, at least LLC is quite easy for you to do it
yourslf. S is difficult. C is soso. NO minimun money needed(not very sure).
Not sure about the 身份. SHould not be.

Only c. corp is for allien. There is no minimum money require to register
company, but when you open a bank account, they usually ask for at least 100$
to open the bank account:)
They don't check your status in US, everybody can open the company. But when
you apply GC, INS manybe find your record according to your tax. So the best
way is just to be an investor, which means you can register a company and be a
owner, then find somebody be CEO, officer to run the company. You can get
money from co
