depending on what kind of 0% apr it is...
if for purchase, you can buy things and only
pay minimum for a period (i.e., save $$$ in your
bank). if for balance transfer, you could pay off
your other credit card/loan, or in some situation,
you could deposit money to your bank account. you
should call to make sure it's considered as balance
transfer though.
