your money in emigrantdirect before you buy a 5-year CD, because the interest
rate is likely to rapid increase in 2005. Or you can buy a TIPS, such as
VIPSX, which almost assure you to have higher return than CD, with a low risk.
The annual return of the last three year was 10.36%. You can open an account
at firstrade to buy it (better you maximize your Roth IRA account before you
open an investment account).
