It's quite possbile Experian couldn't find your report either if your
name/address is wrong or citi didn't report it at all. You can call PG to see
what's the specific reason you can't view your report. Let PG send a letter to
you and dispute with Experian, enclosing PG's letter and your citi card
statement/approval letter and your correct name/address. Experian may request
more info, just send them in as requested and you'll sort it out and don't
need to buy anything from Experian. Just be pati
