刚给家里寄了12K 美元， $18(Credit Union) + $10(BOC NY Branch)
17 hours arrived to home, 地级市， I used 省行的SWIFT code
10:30am sent from CA, Sent to China at 3PM ET from NY,
6:30PM Beijing Time (3:30AM CＡ time ), 当地银行的营业部主任通知我家人
the good thing is no extra charge and credit union treats it as
domestic transfer coz it reaches NY firstly.
as I know, $ from LA->NY->Beijing->省行->my home
from NY branch, the lady can give you a reference number to let you check
in china
