in case some one really want to use the bill pay function,
you could call MBNA CSR to transfer you to product exchange dept, and switch
your schwab card to any MBNA card.your selections might depend on your CL
with, MBNA card you could use bill pay for sure..
remind:
when you do the switching,don't let lazy CSR close your schwab account and
open a new MBNA card for you.. which doesn't look nice in your credit report
you want keep the same account number, but switch card type.. no hard inquery
