I have said before on this board, it has 2%, but it turns out it is NOT true.
The CSR at Citi is clue less.
I received card today, and called to confirm. And three 3 CSR told me it is 1%
/3%, which is not same as what I was told when I converted to this card.
I was pissed off, and asked for a supervisor. the supervisor said it does have
a DE which have 2% rebate, it is Driver's Edge Charter card, but it will not
earn drive rebates (only purchae rebate) and the year limit is $500. I said OK
