这跟哪家银行接受deposit没关系，只跟你这张卡本身的transaction模式有关系。

if you worry about cash advance, maybe you can make the payment to your citi
AA card first and then open the checking account. Thats way, you CC
account has credit. The interest for cash advance won't occur. FYI
