My last statement shows $200
but after the statement, there are $70 returned to my CC
then the current balance is $130
while my last statement balance is still $200, should I pay $200 or $130
on the due date of the payment?? thanks a lot!

70$ will be counted in next statement. Do you very care whether it is
counted in this statement or in next statement?

yes, I care. then the balance will be negative this month and I do not
have any cash left now. thanks for answering

For most credit card, you only need to pay $130, but you'd better call
your card company to confirm.
However, if you have enrolled in automatic payment every month, it may
still deduct $200, as on the statement, which may make the balance
negative.

yes,You are correct. Just confirmed, no need to pay the statement
