I hope this is helpful. This will make CO a more valuable card.
Designed to provide unparalleled travel benefits, your Continental Airlines
Presidential Plus Card is now more valuable than ever. As of Feb. 15, 2011,
you will no longer be charged foreign transaction fees.1 The purchases you
make on your Card while outside of the U.S. will be free of added fees — a
savings of 3% on all international purchases.

手上一直没有免foreign fee的卡
对于一年out of US 300天以上的人来说，这下考虑保留这张卡了
