在中行的ATM上试着取了500 RMB，
收了 Cross Border Assessment Fee $0.62
Currency Conversion Assessment Fee $0.15
除去这些费用算下来，汇率是6.434，和当天的汇率6.4469差不多。
不知道过几天出账单的时候这些费用会不会像美国国内的ATM fee一样还回来...

取了很多次，没有atm fee，只有你列的那两个

前两天问客服已经不返还了
Ally Bank does not charge any fees for International ATM usage. However, you
will be assessed a 1% Cross Border Assessment Fee by MasterCard for each
transaction outside of the United States. Also, you will most likely be
charged a fee by the ATM's owner as well. As of June 18, 2011 Ally Bank does
not reimburse International ATM fees.
