用了citi的aa visa来fund chase在网上开的checking，给算成cash advance了，还收
了$25刀的transaction fee和几刀的利息，才开了几天。这下chase的bonus只能拿来付
利息了。
记得以前chase checking开户用其他银行的cc算purchase的啊。。。
谁知道现在citi card付钱是先付到高APR的部分还是低APR的部分？

thanks. just called citi and found out luckily now the new law had enforced
the rule of paying higher apr balance first.
So I can pay right away the cash advance plus fee+interest to avoid future
interest. But that amount needs to be beyond minimum payment. The minimum
payment still goes first to the balance with lower APR.
