连开卡第一次消费的10k都没给我,顺便想要6661。
说是10hr之内会回信,结果24hr才搭理我,内容是Email部门不能verify Offer了,要
打电话给Membership Rewards Customer Service。唉,郁闷。。。
原文如下:

不论是AMEX还是其它银行,通常EMAIL客服的权限都极其有限,一般而言只能回答一些很
笼统的问题.当涉及到具体的帐户问题,都需要电话客服解决.
当然AMEX之前很NICE,EMAIL客服的权限也很大.但在早段时间经历了我们的人民战争之
后,已经弃械投降鸟.
