请教几个问题:
1. 这个claim, 是必须邮寄一下资料, 还是全部都可以online搞?
2. 搞了这个claim, 还可以double dig搞网上商店和信用卡的protection吗?

1. 必须邮寄
2. 需要邮寄你买东西的信用卡当月账单和第二个月的账单，人家会通过账单查证你是
否有退货或者其它price match，有的话就不给你了。
Thank you for your interest in the Best Price Guarantee Program. After
careful review of the documents submitted, it has been determined that a
copy of TWO (2) CONSECUTIVE COMPLETE CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS following the
purchase is required. The first statement must be the COMPLETE statement
that shows the original purchase of the item being claimed, and the second
COMPLETE statement must be for the month following the purchase.
We consider COMPLETE statements to include every page of your credit card
statement. Partial statements will not be accepted.
In the past, members have sent us a copy of a receipt printout from the
retailer where the item was purchased only to find out that they cancelled
their order after they sent us their claim. The company that backs this
program requires that we request a copy of the charge card statement so we
may verify the item was actually purchased and the member is "out" the
difference between the higher and lower price.
Please note that we are not able to open attachments. You may mail or fax a
copy to the address below. Please reference your claim number on all
documents that you submit.
Once the information is received and verified, we can proceed with the
processing of your claim. If we do not received the required documentation
within 90 days your claim will be closed.
