是要提供发货证明。这个如何提供？ 难道把EGC的邮件发过去就行了吗？

你是说不能刚接到project就申请h1b是吗，被拒的理由是因为ICC公司的性质特殊吗，
因为一般都是刚进公司就可以申h1b的

How do you tell USCIS that you have a project running when you are applying
for H1B? How do they trust ICC
on that? Why can't ICC fake a project? The whole point is to stay away from
ICC. Let them go to hell and die.

manager of your client. They even come to the manager's office to verify
that your are currently working there.
So it is very hard for ICC to fake a project.

something to deal with USCIS, even
though I don't know what they are yet.

光关税，忘了说，找ICC申请H1B,如果申请被拒，没影响，除了浪费时间。同时找别的

不是audit，现在所有的staffing性质的h1b要求都非常严，必须提供client letter。
而且现在收取了更多的防fraud费用，大部分icc的h1b都会实地走访。
