I will suggest you to contact Chase by the phone number listed on the back
of your card. Remember things can be a little tricky because UA is going to
do a major conversion to their database this weekend and may cause some
system glitches after that in the near future.

be 18 months from now, right?

Yes, the expiration date will be 18 months later from your latest activity
in UA account.
