venmo cannot log in# Money - 海外理财

I cannot log in to venmo this morning. If I try a wrong password, it says
wrong password; if I put in the correct password, it will not say wrong
password but it will give me the login page again.
Did they close my account?

No. I did not call them yet.
The strange thing is when I clicked on 'forgot password' link, it even sent
me an email with a new password. But I still cannot log in with the new
password.
