收到他们的广告，那个加油3X points看着还不错，就是不知道points和现金兑换率是
多少，如果一点算一分的话，那比fidelity的2%还能强一点。有人用过吗？

BOA的1-2-3加油也有3%，往远了说有penfed 5%，加上citi，chase，discover有季度加
油5%。相比之下，paypal这张卡确实一般，而且听说客服巨烂无比。
