最近呆在家闲着发慌， 所以自虐了一把。 第一次在美食版发贴， 请多多指教。
1. 汤料： 用的是猪水骨5lb, 鸡骨3lb， 五花肉1块， 炖了8个小时
2. 配菜：
五花肉： 在汤里炖了6个小时的五花肉捞出来， 放在事先做好的sauce里， 放入冰箱
浸泡过夜
鸡蛋：太阳蛋， 也是在事先做好的sauce里浸泡
高汤煮过的胡萝卜， 香菇， 黑木耳
3. 面条： all purpose面粉手擀， 然后用到切（非常考验刀功）， 煮的时候1／3的
豆芽＋2／3的面条（面条有爽脆感和韧度）

cover letter，cv，research plan全英文即可，国内这方面没问题（绝大多数地方）
。唯一注意的是在cv和CL中把自己的中文名字写上就行了。
