父母有绿卡，需要每年往返中美。但年纪大了，坐经济舱有时很不舒服。
是不是可以这样买商务舱：用Amex的白金卡，每年有一个免费的companion 票。先用我
的名字买票，带上我妈的免费票，然后把我的票名字改成我爸的。不知是否可行？关键
是是否允许改名字。
如果有过来人，请赐教！多谢了！

不清楚，不过那种companion 的机票都是要求购买一张原价的票吧？貌似比两张网上的
打折票都贵。你不如去弄点United 的点数自己换？

二楼回答是对的。我问过AmEx，的确是要全价票才能享有买一送一福利，所以多数情况
下比两张深度折扣票要贵。
另外，机票是改不了名的，除非你们父子同名。或许早年是可以的。Correct me if I
am wrong.

据我所知机票也是不能改名字的，除非其中一个字母拼错了，可以在后台改，但据说也
很麻烦的

机票要是能改名不就可以像火车票那样转让机票了么

you can directly buy tickets using your dad and mother name, but you have to
buy the full price ticket to enjoy the companion ticket

Amex's companion ticket requires a full fare business class ticket. Full
fare means no restrictions at all. It is more expensive than outright buying
two discounted business class tickets. The companion ticket could be a good
value for emergencies when no discounted business tickets are available or
one person travels on his/her company's dough and use the companion ticket
for his/her guest.
