why gc? dell has something like "buy 400 receive 75 more" promotion going on
and off for a long time.

Amex的deal, 永远都是可以买GC的. 只看卡上谁charge的, charge了多少, 不管你具体
买了啥.
同理, 消费额看的是税后.
