买kroger自己的gc没有点数，但用kroger gc买third party gc 同样 earn x4.

I recall the difference between 1X and 4X fuel points.
4X points are only for those cards which don't have activation fees, while
those, which do have activation fees, can get only 1X points.

虽然fixed Visa/MC/Amex GC 有4x, 但一张卡最高的只有$100，买5张卡,油点数是有

那种re-loadable的GC有1X？那搞个$500的卡花6块激活费也还行吧？AMEX的blue cash
