it is the transaction date that counts, i.e., the date of purchase, not the
post date.

有点怀疑这个CSR纯粹是个大忽悠

Oct 6th那天的2%和shopdiscover的5%应该是没有限制的，当然shopdiscover有时候不
能用在大件或者比较贵重的东西上;
这个季度的5%最多只有75刀的cash back (cap 1500刀），你一下子全部用在买一件东
西上，当然看起来多。

反正我要买东西，Oct 6那天当小白，看12%可不可能达到，不过要等下个月才知道答案。
