看里面的新说是 This is not a credit card of credit card offer. You have
received this prepaid card because ou participated in a loyalty, award or
promotion program. Your funds are available as soon as you activate the card.
但毫无印象是哪里来的/什么promotion...

fatwallet 上有人收到了
Chase Freedom customers should be on the lookout for a holiday-card-looking
