USCIS messed up my first name with my last name on my approved EAD card.
Anybody has experience to deal this situation. I just called UCSIS and
notified them this error on my EAD card. But they didn't ask me mail back
this wrong EAD card.

How do you know it is wrong?
Last name should be before the first name, right?

First name should be in front of your last name.
Firstname Lastname or Lastname, Firstname

这个谣言三个月就在传，我的一直显示book store分类

官方的文件有时候是last first，和我们写中文顺序一样，貌似没必要这么紧张哦

My first name is Sanli, Last name is Zhang. So my name should be Sanli Zhang
or Zhang, Shanli. Now they put my name as Sanli, zhang. Obviously, they
flipped my last name with my first name.
