如果你通过中国的网站买，比如携程什么的，discover没法刷的，discover在中国只能
在POS机上用实体卡刷。
如果是美国的网站买中国出发的票，倒是可以。

别误导。discover走银联的时候才没有 手续费。也就是要在中国或者支持银联的pos机
上刷才可以。

同学，DISCOVER早前已经全面取消了所有国际交易费了…请查阅
