昨晚刚用CC在CVS买的prepaid reload， walmart买的bluebird，应该都是激活了，网
上也都注册了，不知道为什么load不成功。。。是不是bluebird要等正式卡来了才行啊
。。。vanilla 是前面有amex的那一种，确定是reload 卡。。。
