Especially in case of big non-IT companies, one group doesn't know anything

Called the Customer service right after I received the card to confirm that
100K bonus (didn't mention I am a gold card member), then he told me system
shows that I am ineligible for 100K bonus because I am a gold card member.
Then I cancelled the card right away.
Seem like the system automatically filters out the current gold card member
and there is no way to get the bonus.

申请的时候这里讨论的很热烈，term上明确说了有gold的不行
不过还是有不少人不信邪

不过确实有人用two browser trick搞了2个bonus。。但是楼主的情况就不行了.

I closed my premier gold not a long time ago and applied for both platinum
and gold this time. only got points on platinum but not the gold. called
today and was told by the reprensentative that I will get the gold points
just have to wait. was wondering if you can not have the same card (two
golds) but gold and platinum are ok.
