When applying for a biz credit card, most people choose the option that they
are the sole owner of the biz in the application. I believe you have to
choose this option in application if you dont have an EIN. This means that
your small biz does not have employees. And the buying gift cards for
employee won't fly in the Amex Financial review conversation.
So be careful
