我们公司太小，公司的HR什么都不懂，我是F1身份在OPT期间，不应该扣social
security,也不该扣medical, 去年的扣了，搞得我报税的时候都不知道应该怎么要回来
。所以我想找个官方条款拿给我们公司财务看，请麻烦好心人给我个链接。谢谢！万

practical training program that is an integral part of an established
curriculum. Curricular practical training includes work/study programs,
internships, and cooperative education programs. In this case, the
educational institution endorses the Form I-20. Social security and Medicare
taxes are not withheld from pay for this work unless the student is
considered a resident alien. "
