律师说RFE calling for simple information regarding export control technology
，他已经回答了。真的是很小的问题吗？
不知道多久可以批，今天是PP的15天。
这个律师太差了，LCA 被deny了一次。现在又RFE了。从开始办H1B transfer到现在已
经2个月了，还在等，疯了。
求bless！

准备只留forward的卡，所以想取消TYP的，但是点数应该怎么处理呢？卡取消了点数还

you can ask other Chinese H1 workers in the new company whether they need
export license. If you need one, it takes time and it might be close to the
RFE deadline.

我觉得我的工作不需要licence。律师应该提供证明说不需要就好了。
你的是需要licence吗？
什么是no PP？PP的话应该还是15天内有结果吧？

license application has no PP choice. Have to wait long time.

I see.
How long did it take you to get H1B approval? Did you have RFE?
So without the license you can still get H1B approval, but you have to wait
for the license for starting your new job?
Is the license also issued by USCIS?

How long did it take you to get H1B approval?
I use PP for H1B, got email approval notice in 10 days and original approval
notice in 2 weeks (Both sent to Law company)
So without the license you can still get H1B approval, but you have to wait
for the license for starting your new job?

Is the license also issued by USCIS?
My new company told me from different department, they didn't tell me the
detail, just let me wait.
