2. but some gas stations (like shell in some places) have some tricks. Only
pump charges are counted, so buying GC at the store will not be qualified.
This is due to the gas station's POS setting, I guess
so u can try, but u probably won't have enough time for testing

请问这个点的消费算是一刷就算，还是算charge那天才有效。
比如3.31刷卡pending，4。1号charge，那点数时哪个季度的？
