BOA的Secured CC，没rewards就算了，年费要39刀，第一个月收。好像不能转成没年费
的，大家一般都留着还是有其他卡就销户

这个有点黑啊，Wells Fargo的是12刀还是18刀。用了一年多给升级成没年费的银卡了
，有了别的卡后就不用了，没销卡完全是为了积攒信用记录。如果你信用记录已经很长
了，这张卡和第二张卡时间间隔不长，销了也无妨。

用过一段时间（不记得是不是一年左右)会升级成正式免年费的信用卡，额度也会调整
，同时会寄给你开卡是的押金。
第一年39块估计逃不掉。

从我网上调研结果看，zero possible。而且更worse的是，有时候convert可以，年费
不能免，即使转到的是免年费的卡也不行。

According to my experience Yes you can convert or upgrade to other BoA
credit card without Hard Pull after one year. You can get your collateral
back in 10 months or so.
You CANNOT waive the annual fee, even you convert it to a "no annual fee"
card. So if you wanna keep the history, the best option is to convert it to
Better Balance Card from BoA. It's $120 flat cash back per year costing
nearly nothing. So $80 for the net income. I think it's a fair deal.

wells fargo 是最惨的了 没有绿卡或公民的 到期也不给转 相当的顽固
