不用关，直接申。要是SAP都还没有的话，它就最近最值得申的卡。但最近一个好Deal
都没有，包括这张SAP卡。。。

because when google "SAP credit card", there is another SAP card unrelated
to Chase, and if choose Chinese, all the "SAP" are from mitbbs.com posts, so
I guess this is a special abbreviattion term in mitbbs. But if google "CSP
credit card" Chase card comes up on top of the search.
