刚拿到ms的口头offer, 请问他家fresh cs phd sde一般给level几?
顺便问问哪位大牛有没有跟他家讲价的经验?
另外recruiter说绿卡开始工作90天之后就给办，但不知道走哪一类? phd有没有可能走他们的Eb1?

问题是MORE THAN MINIMUM，如果每个月花1刀，MINIMUN就是1刀，如果按照这个来说,
PAY 1刀就不行，当然后来他们注明了PAY IN FULL也行，因此每月只要把钱全还清，就
应该没问题。

payment every month, you will get bonus. What is qualifying payment? See
