DC 這邊我附近的每家 CVS 都有香草，而且信用卡隨意買。
受限制的是每月只能刷 5000 * 2

6% Cash Back at US supermarkets up to $6,000 per year in purchases (then 1%);
3% Cash Back at US gas stations
