can you have both offers on the same AMEX card at the same time??
also buying VISA gift card at best buy has any activation fee??
i remember Staples visa gift card has $6 activation fee....this would make
the deal not so hot...

ok i bought 3x$250 visa+kindle card on 3 different amex cards.
but only got confirmation email on 1 card, the one that is $268, the other 2
card which i charged exactly $250 didnt get confirmation email..
wut do i do if i get no email? should i call them?

Isn't GC excluded?
